The Juniata Valley Hornets basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Fort Hill Sentinels to 53 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Hornets now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Union for a Inter County contest on Monday, January 30. Juniata Valley will meet a Trojans team coming off a 49-42 league loss to Moshannon Valley (Houtzdale, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-13.
The Sentinels (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Hampshire (Romney, WV). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 12-5 record
