The Juniata Valley Hornets basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting West Branch Warriors to 47 in the Hornets league triumph on Friday.
The Hornets now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Penns Valley Area for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. Juniata Valley will meet a Rams team coming off a 33-29 league loss to Bellefonte (Bellefonte, PA). The Rams record now stands at 7-7.
The Warriors (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA). The Bald Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 1-13 record.
