The Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels (Houtzdale, PA) basketball crushed the host Juniata Valley Hornets (Alexandria, PA), 69-28 in Monday's league test.
The Black Knights/Damsels (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Mt. Union (Mt. Union, PA). The Trojans go into the Inter County - North test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Mt. Union was trounced by Tyrone (Tyrone, PA), 86-61, in a non-league test.
The Hornets now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Claysburg-Kimmel for a Inter County - North test on Monday, January 2.
